I'm Glad You're Here

I'm Glad You're Here. Taking this first step is an act of profound courage. It effectively signals to your system that you are worth the time and the care it takes to heal. Whether you are navigating a specific transition or carrying the weight of long-held burdens, I am honored to support you in finding a way forward that feels sustainable and true to who you are. Going within isn't about fixing what's broken; it's about uncovering the wisdom and resilience that has been there all along. It's about coming home to yourself.

A Little About Me

With approximately nine years of experience as a mental health professional, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people through many different seasons of life. My experience spans inpatient and outpatient care, partial hospitalization programs, community mental health, school-based services, and perinatal mental health.

I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent women who may have spent years feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, exhausted from trying to meet expectations, or disconnected from who they truly are. Together, we can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, better understand the ways your unique brain works, and create a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.

At Going Within Wellness, I believe meaningful change often begins by turning inward—not to become someone different, but to understand yourself more deeply. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. Therapy is a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, recognize your strengths, and discover what you need to move forward.

You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning. We can start exactly where you are.

Path to you

If you've found your way to Going Within Wellness, there's a good chance you've been carrying a lot for a long time. Maybe you've spent years trying to meet everyone else's expectations while wondering why life seems to require so much more effort than it appears to for other people. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, or simply disconnected from yourself.

You don't have to figure it out alone.  I believe therapy should be one of the few places where you don't have to pretend. My hope is that when you walk into a session with me—or log on for a virtual appointment—you feel welcomed exactly as you are.

Is this the right space for you?

My mission is to help women navigate life's transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. Through evidence-based, personalized therapy, I support women in managing overwhelm, burnout, ADHD, anxiety, and changing life roles so they can create lives that feel more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with their values.

How We Heal

Your healing journey is guided by the fundamental belief that you possess the inherent map to your own wellbeing. My role is to offer supportive skills and education as you rediscover the strength already living within you. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system, ensuring each step feels safe, manageable, and entirely within your control. Our time together integrates deep somatic awareness and mindfulness practices with collaborative clinical dialogue, allowing us to address the whole person rather than just a set of symptoms. While the process of inner work requires significant depth and presence, we also create space for light, breakthrough, and the relief of truly being seen in an inclusive environment.
